You will shape budgets, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring high quality and efficient workflows.

Formación

• 5-7+ years overseeing a large, fast-paced lab environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or science preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and developing employees.
• Experienced change agent with Lean manufacturing/LEAN implementation experience.
• Able to adapt plans to global operational challenges.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and directing of activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 60+ person veterinary reference lab.
