Qualifications

• Supervises 1–5+ Supervisors and 10+ employees in a high-volume lab.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations of a clinical diagnostic laboratory or fast-paced production environment.
• Inspiring, motivating People Leader with supervision of individual contributors or leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders and employees to reach business goals and full potential.
• Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, oversee costs and metrics.
• Troubleshoot diagnostic analyzers and resolve workflow and turnaround time issues.
• Lead the lab and line of business as a business and people leader.
