Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for the 3rd shift in a refrigerated warehouse in Ankeny, IA. The role requires picking, scanning, and packing items for customer orders with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position operates in a 34–40 degree environment, and the successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, able to stand 8–10 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Weekly pay and full benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Move products within the warehouse following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping and teamwork.
