Job summary

Mom's Meals is a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals. The Fulfillment Associate role is in a fast-paced warehouse in Iowa, requiring the ability to work in a refrigerated setting.

You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer's order, ensuring safety and accuracy while following sanitation guidelines. Shifts include 1st and 3rd with competitive starting wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete customer orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels, select products, and maintain accuracy.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products in a temperature-controlled warehouse (34–40°F).
• Assist with general housekeeping and teamwork.
