Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer's order in a refrigerated warehouse. The role operates 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a wage of $17 per hour in Las Vegas, NV.

The position requires reliability in a fast-paced setting and adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates must be at least 18, capable of standing 8–10 hours, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Past warehouse distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan items, and pack portions of orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in refrigerated environment (34–40 degrees).
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor.
