Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, seeks a Fulfillment Associate. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer order in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment, with 3rd shift hours from 11pm to 7am (Sunday night through Thursday night).

Starting wage is $18.00/hr, with potential OT on weekends as needed. Responsibilities include selecting items, scanning, packing, maintaining safety and quality standards, and assisting with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Have a strong service orientation.
• Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack portions of orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Produce quality output consistently.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a refrigerated environment (34-40°F); gloves provided.
