Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a nationwide refrigerated meal delivery provider, seeks a Fulfillment Associate for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). You will pick, scan, and pack portions of orders in a cold environment (34–40 degrees) while maintaining safety and quality, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a High School diploma or GED, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to stand for long periods. No uniforms; casual dress, and referral bonuses available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product between locations following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
