Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse. The role operates Sunday night through Thursday night from 11pm to 7am, with a wage of $18.00 per hour, including shift differential.

Environment is fully refrigerated; duties require attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Benefits and full-time opportunities may be available as part of a growing company in the healthcare meals market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand/walk for 8–10 hours when on shift.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Demonstrate strong service orientation and teamwork.
• Communicate well with others and work independently with little supervision.
• Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items for the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Ensure quality output consistently.
• Move products within the warehouse following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a large refrigerated warehouse (34–40°F) with gloves provided.
• Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
