Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pick, scan, and pack orders in a refrigerated warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Shifts on first and third are available with starting wages of $17.25 and $18.75 per hour respectively. This is a full-time, in-office, on-site position in Iowa; weekend/holiday overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays and/or overtime.
• Strong service orientation.
• Team player with good communication.
• Ability to follow company policies and demonstrate core values.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Basic reading skills.
• Pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack to complete your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay attention to labels, product selection, and accuracy.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work inside a refrigerated warehouse (34–40 degrees) with provided gloves.
