Mom’s Meals, a leader in home-delivered meals, is hiring a Fulfillment Associate. This role involves picking, scanning, and packing orders in a fast-paced refrigerated environment. The position requires good attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.

Shifts are from Sunday night to Thursday night, and offered at $18.50/hr. Benefits include free meals, weekly pay, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product while following food sanitation and safety guidelines.
