Job summary

Mom’s Meals is a leading national provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals. The Fulfillment Associate will pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a cold environment, following safety and quality standards.

This role is fast-paced and requires standing for long periods, with shifts on 1st and 3rd tiers. It offers competitive starting wages, weekend coverage, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic food-service operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays and/or overtime.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select product accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ensure quality work output consistently.
• Move product between locations following food safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
