Job summary

QuVa Pharma in Sugar Land, TX, seeks a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support to join our 3rd shift. After training, you will assist in prep, cleanroom operations, formulations, ILP, and compounding in a GMP environment.

You will perform routine cleaning, maintain aseptic gowning qualification, document activities per GDPs, and manage chemicals FEFO. The role is safety sensitive and requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to strict sterile operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, handhelds).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment following standards.
• Maintain Aseptic Gowning Qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities per GDPs for accountability and traceability.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and pull expired items monthly.
• Document activities in accordance with procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
