• Assisting residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Administering medications per physician orders and documenting accordingly.
• Maintaining a clean environment and enforcing infection control practices.
• Monitoring residents for changes and reporting to supervisor promptly.
• Responding to call lights and supporting team as needed.
• Attending orientation and training; opportunities for growth.

3rd Shift

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
• Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians’ orders recorded in medical charts
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties
• Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor
• Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning
• Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately
• Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety
• Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary
• Responding to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptly
• Obtain meal trays and assist with eating
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
