Job summary

Alger Heights Senior Living Facility in Grand Rapids is seeking a Med Tech to join our caring team on the 3rd shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities and administer medications per physician orders.

We provide a welcoming environment with competitive pay, paid orientation, and benefits. You will help monitor residents, document medications, and play a key role in safe, respectful elder care.

Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration.
• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities.
• Administering medications and injections per physician orders.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the environment and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report to supervisor.
• Documenting medications accurately.
• Responding to call lights and assist with meals when needed.
