Qualifications

• Experience with Perfect Binders and collating/kitting lines.
• Experience with hard-cover casing lines and packaging equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting related to product or equipment.
• Communicate effectively during shift and at hand-off.

Skills

Strong mechanical and technical skills

Good communication skills

Experience leading and training others

Education
