52Launch in Framingham, MA is seeking a 3PL / Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse execution and the global logistics pipeline. You will bridge warehouse operations with international supply chain management in a hands-on, hybrid role.

This position focuses on four pillars: warehouse execution, international logistics, 3PL client operations, and continuous process improvement, driving inventory accuracy and on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics in a product-based business.
• Proficiency with IMS/WMS and Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of international logistics, freight, and customs.
• Experience budgeting, cost tracking, and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, picking, packing, and fulfillment at Framingham facility.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across Shopify and WMS.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage end-to-end imports/exports and customs compliance.
• Source freight quotes and coordinate carrier scheduling.
• Serve as the primary ops contact for 3PL clients with timely updates.
• Track costs, approve invoices, and write SOPs; report weekly shipping metrics.
