Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead 3PL operations across Meta’s centralized warehouse network in the United States. You will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with Meta standards, and support centralized warehouse growth through data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include shaping the customer-facing vision, developing KPIs/OKRs, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to scale operations for future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced transportation logistics services.
• Hands-on experience with logistics management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience influencing partners and growing teams.
• 7+ years in global logistics, distribution, or supply chain management with a track record of operations success.
• Operational experience at a logistics provider and distribution experience.
• Ability to leverage data to identify trends and drive supply chain execution.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3PL execution in a way that complies with Meta policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage OKRs and KPIs to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Define standards, metrics, and procedures to maximize deployment efficiency across warehouses and data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify initiatives and optimize capabilities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and implement improvements.
