Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in E‑commerce fulfillment, 3PL management, or outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing logistics budgets and cost analyses.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations, ensuring 3PL partners meet SLAs for order processing, packaging quality, and handoffs.
• Oversee regional fulfillment budgets, identify opportunities to reduce cost per order through optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Data/Systems team to build dashboards tracking OTIF and shipping margin leakage.
• Model fulfillment costs for new product launches and seasonal surges to prepare regional infrastructure.
• Evolve routing guides to balance cost with delivery promises (EDD).
• Analyze failed delivery trends to reduce reshipment costs via corrective actions.
• Mentor junior coordinators in data-driven logistics decision-making and vendor negotiations.
• Lead regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution optimizing tax compliance and transit times.
