Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Global Operations Manager of Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics to own our global 3PL network and optimize inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations across regions.

You will drive cost savings, establish world‑class service levels, and lead implementation of WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations while reporting to senior leadership. This onsite role requires 5 days/week in the office.

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
5+ years managing 3PL partnerships.
Experience across global regions and international supply chains.
Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms and advanced Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage strategic partnerships with global 3PL providers, including vendor selection and negotiations.
Oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Develop and monitor KPIs: freight costs, inventory, order accuracy, fill rates, on‑time delivery.
Lead SOPs and adopt best practices across internal teams and 3PL partners.
Lead implementations and integrations of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
