52Launch in Framingham, MA is seeking a 3PL / Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse execution and the global logistics pipeline.

You will own four pillars: warehouse/fulfillment, international/domestic logistics, 3PL client operations, and profitability with process improvements. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on inventory management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3–6 years hands-on experience in an operations, supply chain, or logistics management role within a product-based business.
Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations and utilizing inventory management systems (IMS/WMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Proven track record of directly supervising, training, and developing warehouse or logistics staff.
Working knowledge of international logistics, global freight forwarding, and customs compliance.
Experience owning or contributing to budgeting, cost tracking, and P&L reporting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, product lines, and shifting priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Direct receiving, picking, packing, and fulfillment in Framingham facility to ensure on-time dispatch.
Drive 100% inventory accuracy by maintaining tight controls and reconciliation across Shopify and our WMS.
Supervise warehouse staff (full-time, part-time, freelance) to maintain a safe, efficient floor culture.
Manage end-to-end import/export operations with compliance and documentation.
Procure freight quotes from international forwarders and carriers to control landed costs.
Monitor shipments, resolve delays or holds, and schedule domestic carriers.
Provide primary operational updates to 3PL clients on status, transit times, and metrics.
Track costs, approve invoices, and write SOPs to support growth.
Deliver weekly reports on shipping performance and 3PL revenue goals.
