Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a 3D Mechanical Designer to join the Team. The role involves creating and refining detailed drawings, BIM modeling in REVIT, and conducting site walkdowns. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with engineers while upholding safety standards.

The position supports remote work within the US for senior candidates and is based in ENERCON’s Data Center Mission Critical Group. Strong AutoCAD/REVIT skills and 3D BIM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of design engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of design experience
• Or 10 years of design engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT
• Size and design piping, pumps, equipment for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection
• Perform site walkdowns and generate walkdown reports
• Perform 3D modeling and BIM tasks; clash detection with NAVISWORK or REVIT
• Mentor junior designers and review peers' work
• Ensure compliance with AutoCAD standards and safety
