ENERCON's Data Center Mission Critical Group seeks a 3D Mechanical Designer to create and refine detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, perform field walkdowns, and collaborate closely with engineers. Mentorship of junior team members and adherence to safety standards are key aspects of the role.

The position supports diverse projects and may be remote within the U.S. for senior candidates, with opportunity for onsite work at ENERCON offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with design engineering experience
• Proficient with 2D/3D design tools and BIM workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and design execution
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time

Responsabilités

• Design and drafting using AutoCAD and REVIT, including layout, piping isometrics, and P&ID
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers on sizing and selecting piping, pumps, and HVAC equipment
• Create and modify REVIT families and perform BIM modeling and clash checks
• Perform field walkdowns at client sites and generate reports
• Maintain quality and safety standards; conduct peer checks and mentoring
• Lead or review work of other designers/drafters and meet time goals
• Communicate effectively with engineers and designers; follow procedures and safety policies
