Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is hiring for an M365 Platform Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery and health of productivity and collaboration platforms in Orlando. This onsite role requires strong management of service reliability, documentation, and escalation processes.

The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, define project activities, and provide technical direction on architecture and integration decisions while managing vendor relationships and budget inputs.

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, escalations, support cases, reviews, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate renewals, licensing analysis, purchasing, invoice review, forecasts, and budget inputs for assigned services.

• Ensure services are reliable, supportable, appropriately documented, and operated in accordance with established service expectations.
• Ensure appropriate operational coverage and escalation support; address workload, skill, performance, and resource concerns and elevate broader staffing needs to the Director
• Define project activities, assign resources, coordinate schedules, manage dependencies, and monitor delivery commitments within the assigned portfolio.
• Provide technical direction and management oversight for architecture, engineering design, integration, and implementation decisions.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, technical escalations, support cases, service reviews, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate renewals, licensing analysis, purchasing activities, invoice review, forecasts, and budget inputs for assigned services.
