Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a 360 Specialist Consultant to build and own a defined technology market in Charlotte and the surrounding region. This is a true 360/full-desk role with responsibility for both client and candidate development throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

You'll develop deep expertise in a technology domain (Data & AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering) and establish relationships with technology leaders and high-value candidates, expanding Harvey Nash's

Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle/360 technology recruitment experience.
Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating recruitment revenue.
Experience building and growing a desk, book of business, territory, or specialist market.
Experience recruiting within a defined technology specialization such as Data & AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, ERP/Enterprise Applications, CRM, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy to build a defined technology specialization within the Charlotte market and surrounding region.
Map target companies, technology leaders, talent communities, and emerging hiring opportunities within your niche.
Build deep knowledge of relevant technologies, platforms, skill sets, certifications, compensation trends, and talent availability.
Develop a strong network of specialist candidates and consultants who can be proactively introduced to targeted clients.
Use market intelligence and candidate-led outreach to create conversations and uncover new hiring opportunities.
