Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates in agency recruitment, ideally within technology.
• Experience on a 360 desk is valuable, especially for candidate-side work.
• Able to engage passive candidates and develop client relationships.

• Screen candidates to understand skills, experience and goals.
