Job summary

Harnham in Phoenix seeks a recruiter with sourcing experience to join a 360 recruitment role, placing data and AI professionals with top companies. You will engage both candidates and clients, building a strong pipeline and driving business in your market.

You’ll target passive candidates, manage interviews and offers, and work toward revenue goals. The role features hybrid working, ongoing training, generous time off and sales incentives, including special events and rewards.

This is a 360 recruitment role, working with both candidates and clients. You’ll bring the experience to hit the ground running on active vacancies, while building relationships and developing business across your market.

What you’ll do

Who we’re looking for

You have experience sourcing candidates in agency recruitment, ideally within technology. You know how to engage people who aren’t actively looking, manage multiple searches and assess candidates beyond their résumés.

Experience on a 360 desk is valuable, particularly if you enjoy the candidate side and want to bring strong sourcing skills to a specialist market. You should also be comfortable building client relationships and developing new business as part of this role.
