Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to ensure compliance and maximize value of the 340B Discount Drug program. You will manage the 340B Accumulator software daily and work with Pharmacy leaders, IT, and EPIC Willow to identify growth opportunities for BH’s organization-wide 340B program.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments to optimize workflow and charge functions.
The 340B Program Analyst is responsible for ensuring 340B Program compliance in BH 340B Discount Drug program. Will manage the 340B Accumulator software program daily to ensure the 340B program is maximized. This role requires extensive detailed review of data and analysis to ensure compliance and optimize program value with 340B regulations, policies and procedures. Will work collaboratively with the 340B Coordinator, Pharmacy leaders, IT, EPIC Willow and others on compliance and growth opportunities for BH organization-wide 340B pharmacy program.
