Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to ensure compliance and maximize value of the 340B Discount Drug program. You will manage the 340B Accumulator software daily and work with Pharmacy leaders, IT, and EPIC Willow to identify growth opportunities for BH’s organization-wide 340B program.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments to optimize workflow and charge functions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years college level education preferred.
• Two years pharmacy or IT experience preferred.
• Eligible for registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 340B program compliance and optimization.
• Daily management of the 340B Accumulator software.
• Collaborate with 340B Coordinator, Pharmacy leaders, IT, EPIC Willow.
• Analyze data and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
