Damien Center is hiring a Senior Manager of 340B Compliance to safeguard HRSA 340B participation in Indianapolis, IN. You will own end-to-end compliance, lead a small team, and drive policy, training, and reporting to optimize program integrity and savings.

The role reports to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and requires a Bachelor's in a related field with 5+ years in healthcare and 3+ years in 340B compliance; ACE certification preferred. Base salary starts at $88,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years healthcare experience with 3+ years in 340B compliance.
• 340B ACE certification preferred or obtained within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Own 340B compliance end-to-end, including audits, policies, training, and reporting.
• Prevent duplicate discounts and diversion, maintain program readiness.
• Review purchases and dispense data, ensure accurate manufacturer reporting.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and eligibility reviews.
• Collaborate with CPO and Finance on savings and contract economics.
• Lead and train 340B management team and report to stakeholders.
