Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Analyst to oversee compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization of the 340B Drug Discount Program. You will manage software interfaces, train staff, and coordinate audits with the 340B Auditor to ensure adherence to HRSA and internal policies.

Your work will include producing monthly performance reports, identifying cost savings, and collaborating with IT and pharmacy teams to sustain program integrity across covered entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy 340B experience.
• Minimum 2 years in analytics, auditing, or business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain standards.
• Generate monthly reports and analyze variance for savings.
• Troubleshoot split billing/EMR interfaces with IT teams.
• Provide training and education on 340B policies to staff.
