Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring program compliance and optimization. The role reports to the Pharmacy Director and interfaces with pharmacy, finance, and revenue cycle teams.

The position supports development of reports, data extraction and validation across multiple systems, and collaboration with the Oversight Committee to improve metrics and audits. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Pharmacy Technician certification and/or relevant business degree.
• Knowledge of 340B programs and pharmacy operations helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial, compliance, and performance reports to monitor 340B activity.
• Analyze data trends to identify risks and opportunities for program performance and financial stability.
• Extract, reconcile, validate, and manage 340B data and reporting files across systems.
