Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a 340B Analyst to oversee compliance and program optimization for the 340B Drug Discount Program. You will manage software interfaces, prepare monthly metrics, and collaborate with audits to ensure policy alignment and cost savings.

You’ll work with pharmacy buyers, finance, IT, and leadership to sustain program integrity, provide training, and support continuous improvement across the covered entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B required.
• Experience in Epic EHR and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient knowledge of 340B program and healthcare billing regulations.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintain program standards.
• Create monthly 340B reports and identify cost savings and improvements.
• Serve as split billing software expert and coordinate interfaces with EMR and contractors.
• Escalate compliance issues and educate staff on 340B policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and leadership to ensure program integrity and audits.
