Job summary

Baptist Health, a Kentucky-based health system, seeks a Remote 340B Program Coordinator to oversee the 340B program within the Pharmacy Team. The role ensures compliance across the program, maintains 340B software, and coordinates audits, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include monitoring eligibility, supporting audits (HRSA and manufacturers), and collaborating with leadership to optimize service offerings. Remote work is available in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have 340B program coordination experience or three years in direct 340B pharmacy coordination.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with Kentucky registry OR 3+ years in 340B coordination.
• Must obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification within 6 months; PTCB Certification required for on-site Baptist Health Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Split-Billing Software and 340B compliance with federal regulations.
• Develops, conducts and documents self-audits of the 340B process.
• Coordinates remediation of audit findings and ensures policy adherence.
