McLeod Health is seeking a 340B Pharmacy Analyst to support program operations and ensure compliance within the healthcare system. You will perform data analysis, program maintenance, and provide operational support to optimize 340B performance and cost-effective pharmaceutical care for patients.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare finance, healthcare operations, data analysis, supply chain or equivalent area.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with 340B manager to ensure compliant operation of the 340B program.
Monitor operational records, inventory, and 340B and non-340B purchasing accounts.
Provide support for 340B software and workflows for accuracy and reliability.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on 340B program matters.
Perform data analysis on large datasets and generate reports for program improvement and compliance.
Support audits, compliance assessments, and performance evaluations with accurate documentation.
Deliver training and functional support to staff involved in 340B operations.
