Job summary
Mercy Health is seeking a 340B Auditor to monitor compliance with HRSA guidance and 340B program policies across clinic locations. You will perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits, review patient eligibility, and collaborate with 340B staff on special projects.
You will also upload data to 340B software systems and support external audits as needed. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant pharmacy 340B experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR and 340B
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with pharmacy 340B
- Familiarity with HRSA 340B policies and guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor 340B compliance and HRSA guidance across locations
- Day-to-day compliance review of clinic meds in eligible locations and areas
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly audits of 340B-eligible locations
- Monitor utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts for accuracy
- Evaluate patient eligibility in mixed-use and 340B areas
- Assist with external audits as assigned
- Upload data to 340B software and prepare data for import
- Prepare and execute audits and report findings to Program Manager
