Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH seeks a compliance professional to oversee the 340B program. Under the Director – 340B Program, you will perform compliance reviews, conduct audits, educate staff on policy requirements, and support resolution of customer service issues while upholding our mission and values.

Responsibilities include applying HRSA guidance and Medicare/Medicaid billing rules, communicating audit outcomes to management, and maintaining robust documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in healthcare, business, finance, accounting or related field with 2 years of relevant experience or
• Associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of the 340B drug program; strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; reliable transportation for site visits.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance-related activities on systems and processes governed by 340B statute, HRSA guidance, and billing requirements.
• Conduct audits as described in the audit plan and communicate status to management and pertinent parties.
• Educate employee groups on compliance matters and assist with resolving customer service issues.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
