Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dock operations is required.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of trailer docking, release procedures, and dock safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and support dock equipment.
• Coordinate trailer movements to support daily priorities.
• Manage and sequence docking, release, and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customers.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure dock activities align with process guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain 7S workplace organization and conduct regular inspections.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity and document issues.
• Provide coverage and support to site leadership and peers.
