Job summary

Utility Metals in Louisville, KY is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder to join our manufacturing team. Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 3:30am, you will perform high-quality welding to produce durable products and help us meet daily production goals in a safe, busy environment.

You will read measurements with a tape, perform basic math for fabrication, collaborate with team members, and participate in on-the-job training to adapt to our processes.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate welding proficiency and pass a welding test.
• Read a standard tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise.
• Aluminum welding experience preferred.
