Job summary

KCC Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to lead the Metal Forming team in our Louisville, KY shop. You will supervise production staff, ensure safety compliance, plan workloads, and drive continuous improvement with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires strong attendance, Good reading/comprehension, and proficiency in MS Office. We offer ESOP, 401K match, paid holidays, and a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Maintain a great attendance record.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and enforces safety throughout the plant.
• Provides daily direction to the production team leaders and team members.
• Leads team responsible for Metal Fabrication.
• Works with Engineers to improve Metal Forming processes.
• Conducts daily meetings to pass along safety and production information.
• Controls workflow to meet deadlines.
• Facilitates training and development of team members to standard work.
• Prepares relevant KPIs and posts to SQDC board.
