Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking a 2nd shift Welder to join our Louisville, KY manufacturing team. The role requires welding proficiency, the ability to read tape measures, and basic math. Aluminum welding experience is a plus, and prior welding coursework or hands-on experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Welding proficiency with test required.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand systems and tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Aluminum welding experience (preferred).
• Related welding classes or prior welding experience (preferred).
