New Flyer is seeking a Welder for the 2nd shift in Shepherdsville, KY to perform welding tasks and fabricate components according to specifications. This full-time, on-site role supports our production lines and safety standards in a leading heavy-duty transit bus manufacturing environment.

Typical duties include reading drawings, setting up MIG/TIG welders, inspecting welds, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with teammates to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of TIG welding.
• Ability to operate welding equipment and tools.

• Physical strength to lift heavy materials.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
