Strong Hold in Louisville, KY, seeks a Welder for 1st Shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm). We are a family-owned manufacturer with a long history of steady growth and a diverse, multilingual team dedicated to quality and performance.

The role involves performing high-quality welding, reading tape measures, and executing basic math to support fabrication. Aluminum welding experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided to help you advance within a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate welding proficiency and pass a welding test.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Comfortable in a non climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise.
• Aluminum welding experience is preferred.
• Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products.
• Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
• Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
