Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead for the 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.) at Northlake, IL to oversee warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations. As part of the team, you will supervise associates, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive adherence to company SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, forklift experience, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanning. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and help maintain high performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in logistics/distribution environment.
• Forklift certification/training completed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing warehouse staff.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, picking, and quality control per SOPs.
• Assist forklift operation and certification for staff.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and ISO standards compliance.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
• Maintain accurate production and payroll hour records.
