Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Material Handler, Lead for the 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.) in Northlake, TX. You will coordinate warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities under the Operations Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will mentor associates, oversee shipping/receiving, and enforce SOPs while maintaining productivity and proper paperwork. Forklift/MHE certification and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift certified.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Train and mentor associates on SOPs including shipping/receiving/picking/quality control.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork and order fulfillment.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
