Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, 1–2 years supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel activities.
• Ensure timely/accurate receipt, storage and shipment of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and periodic counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and staff trained.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
