Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet productivity and safety targets in Franklin Park, IL.

You will coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving while maintaining accurate inventory records and driving continuous improvement. The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with 1–2 years in leadership, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics; 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and assign tasks.
• Ensure receipt, storage, and shipment of goods per policies.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and train staff.
• Navigate issues related to inventory, equipment, or personnel.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service teams.
• Support process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
