Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Northlake, TX is seeking a Team Lead for 1st shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). The role coordinates warehousing, receiving, and shipping under the Ops Supervisor, with focus on safety and accuracy.

You will mentor associates, train on SOPs including shipping and quality control, and ensure efficient daily warehouse operations. A HS diploma and 1 year logistics exp are required; forklift/MHE exp and certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Forklift operation and MHE experience.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, picking, and quality control per SOPs.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and safety objectives.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with ISO/OSHA standards.
