Job summary

Fresh Mark, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor at our Cold Storage location to lead a team and ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution, while enforcing safety and quality standards. The role requires leadership with hourly staff and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, along with strong computer skills with WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years warehouse experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to develop and quickly learn new processes.
• Ability to lead hourly personnel.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
• Experience working in refrigerated environments.
• Strong computer skills; able to learn a WMS and use Excel effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving and storing goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient delivery of goods.
• Supervise staff and maintain safety compliance.
• Promote teamwork and effective interdepartmental communication.
• Monitor machinery productivity and product quality.
• Control labor costs through workforce utilization.
• Conduct safety and department meetings.
• Maintain relationships with bargaining unit employees.
