Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is hiring a Supervisor for Warehouse operations. You will supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping on a shift basis, ensuring quality and efficiency to meet cost objectives.

You will lead staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure safety policies are followed on a daily basis. The role requires at least 3 years in supervision or a related warehouse setting, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience required, or successful completion of Americold's internship program, or a bachelor's degree.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise unloading, stacking, picking and staging inbound/outbound shipments to maintain quality.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of shipments and maintain safety standards.
• Facilitate cross-shift communication and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of equipment and keep a clean, secure area.
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate staff performance.
• Address personnel issues and coordinate training with staff and management.
