Job summary

United States Cold Storage LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift to manage inbound and outbound shipments in a cold-storage warehouse. You will enter data into the WMS, track product locations, and coordinate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth dock operations.

The role requires effective communication, ability to stand for long periods, and familiarity with packing slips. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented. High school diploma or GED required. Familiar with packing slips and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with carriers and other contacts about inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter product data into the WMS and track its location in the warehouse.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors; check drivers in/out.
• Maintain knowledge of product location to assign docks and ensure order accuracy.
• Report issues to warehouse team to plan accordingly and avoid delays.
• Assist with posting inbound/outbound shipments and maintain carrier relationships.
